Calcullus Ltd offers hardware service, programming service and full training on products we sell. We recommend a service level agreement to our touchscreen clients.
All of the hardware we supply is covered by a 12 month warrantee. We do not cover damage caused by spillage, impact or power. We recommend and can supply a UPS to protect your system from power surge damage.
Remote service level agreement
For a small monthly fee a remote support package will enable us to connect with the POS from our office, we can then in many cases sort out problems that have occurred, and we can make program changes if the food or drinks menu changes. If the POS is Casio this requires a static IP from the ISP, this is not required if the POS is Idealpos. If an onsite visit is required additional charges will apply.
